My work focuses on connective change work. Through relational approaches, we can develop more meaningful and worthwhile forms of collaboration. Part of this is making decisions together, based on dialogue and appreciation. How can we continually increase participation and approach issues dynamically? How do you ensure all voices are heard? How inclusive does a change process become when oppositional voices are included? How do you ensure pluralism within change processes? How does a change process change when we construct from a prospective perspective, step by step?
